A wayward teen spent the night in jail after she was caught smoking drugs in her bedroom. The 17-year-old girl was reported to police just before noon on sunday. As she was supposed to be obeying an order that prohibts wrong use, officers went to her home, in the 700-block of Ninth Street, and arrested her. They say there was evidence of wrong use, as well as two other conditions that she was breaching. All told, she'll face three counts of failing to comply with a recognizance order. She was held overnight to appear in court on Tuseday.
